Our old home

Before Christian and I moved out and went to Glasgow for the summer we lived at 20 Prince Arthur Ave. From September 2007 until April 2009 we were up on the top, 23rd floor, with a fantastic view South into the downtown area and the lake. It was a small shoebox, but is packed with both good and bad memories of the time when Christian did his Masters in Computer Science and I finished up my Masters in Museum Studies at U of T. We're about to start a new chapter in the city and I'm hoping to really fall in love with my neighbourhood and the city as a whole.

Here's some photos of our old Toronto life:

Bird on our railing that Christian snapped. Our little cat Bela used to slam into the glass doors trying to get at them. The plight of an animal that never goes outside.

Our wee cat looking into our wee old kitchen.

Our old view at night... probably now disrupted by a big condo that was going up.

Our view down onto the U of T sports complex.

CN Tower after a few cocktails.

Post Santa Claus parade. Niece, brother, and mustard at the Duke of York on our street.

CNE air-show out over the lake.

Right now we're looking for a new home for November 1. Looking forward to catching up with everyone back home.
